Zinger Paratha Roll Recipe A paratha is a flatbread that originated in the Indian subcontinent. It is still prevalent throughout Pakistan and India,and Myanmar, where wheat is grown and is the traditional staple of the area. Paratha is an amalgamation of the words parat and atta which literally means layers of cooked dough.Parathas are one of the most popular unleavened flatbreads in the India part of the Indian Subcontinent and they are made by baking whole wheat dough on a tava, and finishing off with shallow frying.
- chicken breast 1 kg (cut in thick strips)
- salt 1 tsp
- red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
- vinegar 2 tbsp
- hot sauce 2 tbsp
- mustard powder or paste 1 tsp
- black pepper powder 1 tsp
- milk 1 glass
- plain flour 3/4 cup
- corn flour 3/4 cup
- hot sauce 1 tbsp
- baking powder 1 tsp
- red chilli powder 1 tsp
- salt 1 tsp
- plain flour 2 cups
- garlic powder 1 tsp (heaped)

- onion 2 (finely sliced)
- lettuce (finely sliced)
- mayo (for serving)
- sweet chilli garlic sauce (for serving)
1: in a bowl add chicken, salt, red chilli powder, ginger & garlic paste, vinegar, hot sauce, mustard powder, black pepper powder mix well, cover and keep aside for 1 hour.
2: to make batter sieve plain flour add corn flour, salt, red chilli powder, baking powder mix with a spoon, then add hot sauce, milk and mix well.
3: for coating sieve plain flour, garlic powder and mix well.
4: heat oil for frying.
5: now dip chicken strips in the batter, roll in the coating. (at this stage you can freeze them)
6: place the chicken in hot oil and fry it till golden and floats on top, then keep on paper towel to remove extra oil.
7: to assemble: place a paratha, lettuce, onion, chicken, mayo, sweet chilli garlic sauce and roll it.
8: serve hot with fries.
