Whole Tandoori Chops

Ingredients:

Chops – 3 kg
Red chilli powder – 5 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds fried and ground – 3 tbsp
Salt – 1 ½ tsp
Lemon juice – ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste – 4 tbsp
Onion grinded with 1 cup water – 1
Oil – ½ cup

Method:

Buy full rack of chops. Wash and pat dry, then mix all ingredients and apply on chops, leave for 5 hours. Then cook with ½ cup oil and 5 cup of water until it is done and water dries. Then bake in oven with marination on 200 degree for 20 minutes. Serve with salad and dipper.
