Spicy Spanish kebabs RecipeIngredients
  • 300 gm Mutton boneless cut into cubes
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Black peppercorns
  • 1/2 tsp Pink or red peppercorns (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 Juice lemon
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  1. Chop the parsley, crush the garlic clove along with the pink and black peppercorns. In a glass bowl combine the cumin, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, lemon juice and oil along with the crushed garlic and peppercorns. Add parsley.mix well together. 
  2. Add the meat cubes and coat well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight. Soak 4 wooden skewers in cold water for 15 minutes. thread the pieces of meat on the skewer.
  3. Reserve the marinade. Grill on a charcoal grill or a grill pan basting the kebabs with the marinade occasionally until cooked.
