Spicy Seekh Kabab for bakra eidIngredients

1 kg Mince
1 tbsp Fried gram flour
3 Green chillies (Chopped)
2 tbsp Fresh coriander
1 medium size Onion
2 tbsp Red chilli powder
1 tbsp Fried brown onion
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Garam masala powder
¼ tsp Jaiphal (Nutmeg) powder
¼ tsp Javantry (Mace) powder
¼ tsp Green cardamom powder
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste


  1. In a grinder, put onion and grind, then add mince, green chillies, salt, fresh coriander, garam masala powder, fried brown onion, red chilli powder, mace powder, nutmeg powder, cardamom powder and ginger garlic paste, grind and make smooth paste.
  2. Now add gram flour and mix well.
  3. Take out in a bowl and mix with hands.
  4. Leave for 30 minutes, then make kebabs and skew on skewers. Grill, BBQ, cook on gas burner or fry in frying pan on low heat until done.
