10 cups of milk and 50 grams butter
¾ cups condensed milk and 4 table spoon sugar
4 pieces of green cardamom seeds and 4 drops of kewra essence
A pinch of green cardamom powder and pistachio powder
Almonds, pistachio and saffron for garnishing
Put the milk in the deep heavy pan to boil it. Add sugar and cardamom seeds in it and it to simmer over the heat for 02 hours maximum or in other words until the milk is reduced up to one quarter. While this process continuously stir until the milk reduced. After that remove from heat and add the kewra essence.
After doing all this put it in to serving glass and sprinkle cardamom and pistachio powder over it. It will take 02 hours to cool so let it cool, before serving put garnish almonds, pistachio and saffron on it.
