Saganaki Shrimp Simple Recipe 2012
1 / 2 kilo shrimps
2 Onions, dry
3 cloves garlic
1 kg ripe tomatoes melted
250 gr feta cheese
4-5 S. Oil
1 / 2 glass of wine
5 boughless parsley
Wash the shrimp and place in saucepan with water so as to cover.
The boil for 5 minutes and save water evrasan.
In a deep skillet with lid warms the oil, add onion, garlic and chopped parsley.
Add tomatoes and salt and pepper.
Cover the pan and have it on slow fire for 30 minutes.
Add the shrimp and some water from what hot and boil until the sauce to clot.
Minutes before download pan from heat, add the feta cheese cut into pieces.
Mix gently and serve immediately.
