Cream cheese, rotisserie chicken, black beans and corn combine to make a creamy and cheesy dip that’s perfect with tortilla chips. What really makes this dip is the BBQ Sauce. I like to use one that is sweet and tangy. I mix a little BBQ Sauce into the cream cheese and then drizzle more on top. And inevitably, I always go back and do a second drizzle of BBQ Sauce. You just can’t have too much of it.

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese softened
1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 cups finely chopped chicken
1/3 cup corn
1/3 cup black beans
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
chopped red onion and cilantro
additional BBQ Sauce for drizzling on top
