Prawns In Garlic Butter

Ingredients:

1) Prawns peeled and deveined 400 gm

2) Garlic cloves 25-30

3) Butter 4 tbsp

4) Mustard paste 1 tbsp

5) Lemon juice 1 tbsp

6) Black peppercorns 8-10

7) Salt to taste

8) Fresh parsley a few.

Method:
1. Peel wash and grind garlic to a paste.
2. Heat butter in a pan and fry garlic paste for a few seconds.
3. Add prawns, mustard paste, lemon juice, crushed peppercorns and salt.
4. Simmer, uncovered on low heat till prawns are cooked.
5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
