How to Make Mutton Roast Masala


Mutton  – 1 kg

Onion – 3

yogurt – 1 cup

oil – as required

White zeera – 2 tsp

Black pepper – 1 1/4 tsp

Ginger – 1/2 tbsp

Garlic – 1/2 tbsp

Salt  – according to taste

Ginger flaks – 1 tbsp

Red chilli powder or Red Crushed chilli – 1 1/2 tbsp

For garnishing – tomato, mint, lemon, ginger flaks and green chillies


Take a bowl and put meat and toss with oil and heat up griddle pan or tawa and put meat and give a bit brown colour and transfer back in bowl and put onion skin then put burned charcoal and put 1/2 tsp oil and coverd, now cut onion halves and do same thing like you did with meat and put in meat.

Now take 1/4 cup yogurt from 1 cup and put white zeera, black pepper, salt, ginger, garlic and oil mix well and put in meat and leave it for 2 hrs.

Now put this meat in pan and cook until done,then take a wok and put oil and ginger flaks and put meat and cook on high heat, after 5 min put red chilli powder and cook until water dry, then put remaining yogurt (mix oil) and cook well until done. Then serve with tomato, mint, green chillies, lemon and ginger flaks.
