An Easy Recipe to Make Delicious Chicken Malai Kofta. This article is giving a recipe that is an addition to pure desi style Koftay dish.  It can serve in lunch and dinner and very famous in Asians. It’s a Delicious Chicken Malai Koftay recipe which is mixed with cream and yogurt.

Make Spicy & Delicious Chicken Malai Koftay

The ingredients and procedure to make this spicy Koftayis following, try to make it with the same style to get its full taste.


For preparing Koftay:
  • Green chilies, four
  • Green coriander, three tbsp
  • Onion (sliced), one medium
  • Chicken mince, ½ kg
  • Salt, to taste
  • Red chili powder, one tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste, one tbsp
  • Whole spices powder, one tsp
  • Oil, for frying
For Preparing Curry:
  • Oil, ¼ cup
  • Onion (chopped), one medium
  • Ginger garlic paste, ½ tbsp
  • Cumin seeds, one tsp
  • Red chili powder, two tsp or to taste
  • Turmeric powder, ½ tsp
  • Whole spices powder, one tsp
  • Salt, one tsp or to taste
  • Yogurt, one cup
  • Water, one cup
  • Cream, ¼ cup
  • Green coriander, for garnishing
  • Green chilies, for garnishing


For the preparation of Koftay:
  1. First of all, catch a chopper, add green chilies, green coriander and onion, chop all the things well.
  2. Then, add chicken mince, salt, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste and whole spices powder, and again chop the mixture to combine all the spices.
  3. After that, grease your hands with oil, take a small portion from the mixture of mince and shape them into small balls (make twelve Koftay).
  4. In a saucepan, add oil and fry meat balls/Koftay until golden and set aside.

For Curry:
  1. In wok, heat oil and onion, sauté until the color change.
  2. Now, add ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, whole spices powder and salt, mix them well.
  3. After that, add yogurt, mix well and cook for two minutes.
  4. Then, add water and mix, add fried meat balls and bring it to boil, cover and cook for more than five minutes.
  5. Later, put them aside, add cream and mix well.
  6. Finally, garnish with green coriander, green chilies, cream and serve.
