Justin Bieber sure is growing up! The 17-year-old pop star arrived in Cannes in the French Riviera for the NRJ Awards looking sexy and dressed up Jan. 28.
Last year, Justin won an award, and tonight he won Artist of the Year and also performed. Other performers at the star-studded event include LMFAO, Coldpay and David Guetta.
Sadly, his girlfriend, Selena Gomez, is on her world tour right now and won’t be able to support Justin while he’s in France.
