Ingredients for Fruit Pizza Recipe

For the crust:-
Butter – 3/4 cup
Confectioners` sugar – 1/2 cup
All purpose flour(Maida) – 1 1/2 cups

For the filling:-
Softened cream cheese – 8 ounces
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Fresh fruit, sliced (peaches, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, etc.) – 2 cups

For the Glaze:-
Apple juice – 1 cup
Cornstarch – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 1/2 cup

Preparation Method of Fruit Pizza Recipe

For preparing the crust:
1)Mix together by hand, the butter, confectioners sugar and flour until crumb-like. Do not melt butter.

2)Pat into 15″ pizza pan and bake at 350F for 13-15 minutes until golden brown. Do not overbake.

For Filling and Glaze Preparation:
1)With hand mixer, mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla
until smooth.

2)Spread over cooled crust.

3)Place fruit on top, so that the design will remain when cut into
12 wedges.

4)Mix apple juice, cornstarch, lemon juice and sugar together in a
saucepan and cook over medium heat until clear and thick, stirring constantly.

5)Allow it to cool.

6)Spread on top of pizza after slicing.
