Ingredients: 300g of your choice of pasta,
Two chicken breasts,
1 tablespoon of olive oil,2 tablespoons of grated fresh ginger,
1 chopped red chilli,
A teaspoon of five spice powder,
A bunch of chopped spring onions,
2 tablespoons of honey,
Direction:Cook pasta according to the packet instructions, Any pasta will work. Cut chicken breasts into strips and cook them in a hot pan with olive oil. Add grated fresh ginger, chopped red chilli and five spice powder.When the chicken is cooked through, add a bunch of chopped spring onions and honey. Drain the pasta and place it into bowls, then top with the cooked chicken mixture. Chop some fresh coriander and sprinkle this over the top to finish.Fancy a change from pasta?
