Chimichagas chicken Ingredients
1 medium onion chopped
1 kg chicken fillet cut into cubes
1 clove finely chopped
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 chopped canned tomato
2 tablespoons green pepper soup
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
6 wrap tortijias will find in the super market
3 tablespoon olive oil
Heat oil in a non skillet, add chicken, onion, garlic, salt and chilli. Mix frequently with a wooden ladle and cook for 15 minutes until the chicken to become red. Add the tomatoes, the peppers and cook for another 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and add Cheddar cheese.
We open the tortilla wrap and hand out the filling in the center. Fold the edges to form square cake and serve.
