Chicken Wrap Recipe , Appetizing snack recipe specially for those people who are fond of eating they love to try out different cuisines and always remains in search of yummy dishes. Here is wonderful recipe of chicken wraps. Learn and prepare wraps with baked chicken strips and as main dish that would enough as one dish also. Its low fat recipe because chicken is baked rather deep frying.

For the chicken: Place the chicken in a shallow dish just large enough to hold them. Whisk the oil, lemon zest, lemon juice and garlic in a small bowl until combined. Pour the oil mixture over the chicken and toss to coat. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate, at least 4 hours and up to overnight.

Preheat a grill pan or an outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the oil mixture and pat dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and grill the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 12 minutes per side. Transfer the chicken to a plate to cool slightly. Thinly slice the chicken against the grain and set aside.

  • Chicken Wraps:
  • All purpose flour 3 cup
  • Baking powder 1- 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Warm milk for kneading
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Baked Chicken Strips:
  • Chicken breast 1 kg
  • Garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Paprika 1 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Mayonnaise 1/3 cup
  • Bread crumbs 2 cups
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch

    Cooking Directions

    Chicken Wraps: Mix all ingredients, make soft medium dough by adding warm milk.

    Cover and keep a side to set for 1 hour.

    Make small balls dough and roll out into thin roti.

    Cook on heated griddle on medium flame from both sides.

    Put wraps into cloth and cover, so that it remain soft.

    Baked Chicken Strips: Pre-heat oven at mark 4 and brush with oil or butter to the baking tray.

    Cut chicken breast into long strips.

    In a large bowl put all ingredients with chicken except bread crumbs.

    In another bowl put coriander, bread crumbs, salt and black pepper mix well.

    Coat chicken strips into bread crumbs well and put into fridge for a while minimum 1/2 hour.

    Serving: In prepared wrap or roti spread little ketchup, mayonnaise and garlic sauce.

    Place cooked chicken strips and salad roll and serve with fries and dips.
