Delicious Chicken Samosa Recipe With Homemade Sheets This is one of the tastiest snack named Chicken Samosa that kills your time in making it.Those who want to try this out please set some hours free before you start on it.I make my pastry sheets a day early so that I need not stay for long hours in the pantry.
I always love spicy and hot,so I have used chili powder and green chili.If you do not want it hot ,you can use paprika powder instead of chili powder and skip the green chillies.
For the filling
Chicken pieces with out bones (1/2 Kg)
Onions(double the quantity of the chicken)
Few green chilies (option)
Chili powder/Paprika powder
For the dough
Combine salt and water together mix and knead well. With your floured hands roll out, make small balls into pairs, double the size of a marble and flatten them with your finger tips.Apply oil to one side and place another flatten dough on top.Press them together, roll out a bit.
Dust a little flour on the working board and roll them again to an oval shape to about 7-8 inches in length.If you want you can roll it a little bit longer so that you can have bigger Samosa’s. Have them all ready, so that you can warm it in the pan one by one. Toss them in to the heated non stick pan for few seconds.Just one side half done would be fine
Don’t wait until it is fully done.Take it out and slowly remove the two pasted sheets.Since I applied oil in between the doughs once it is heated slightly, it removes with out any problem
You can make the Samosa sheets as much as you want and freeze them for later use..Defrost very well before you use.
