Chicken fajitha Eid Special

Ingredients:

For filling:
2 – chicken breast (cut lenghtwise)
2 – onions
1 each – capsicum, red and green
1 pod – garlic
2 tsp – soya sauce
1 – crushed chilli
4-5 – black peppercorns, crushed

For garlic paste:
4 pods – garlic
1 – egg white
1 tbsp – lemon juice
Oil
Salt

Method :

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, saute chicken.
When it is half done, add soya sauce and salt and fry till done.
In same pan add oil and saute onion and capsicum on a high flame. The veggies should be crisp; add chillie, peppper, salt and chicken. Add 1/2 tsp sugar to balance the taste. Mix well.

For fajitha:
Use normal chapatti. Take a chapatti, spread garlic paste, mayo or tomato sauce. Arrange the filling and roll.

For garlic paste:
In a food processor, blend garlic with salt. Add lemon juice, oil and egg white. Blend till you reach a mayo consistency.
