Chicken Bukhara masala RecipeIngredients

  • Boneless chicken ½ kg cubes
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tsp heaped
  • Onion chopped 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Green chilies 4 chopped
  • Tandoori color pinch
  • Egg 1
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Ingredients for masala
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion 2 tbsp chopped
  • Tomato 1 chopped
  • Cashew nuts ground 1 tbsp heaped
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek 1 tsp
Method for chicken
  • Marinate the chicken with 1tsp Chili powder ,1tsp salt, 1tsp all spice,1tsp Corn flour, 2tbsp Onion chopped, 1/2tsp turmeric,4 chopped green chilies, a pinch of tandoori color, 1 Egg and 1tbsp Lemon juice .Heat oil in a wok and deep fry for 5 minutes until golden brown .
Method for masala
  • Heat oil in a pan add the chopped onion and fry till it turns light golden in color.Add the chopped tomatoes with salt, chili powder, turmeric, all spice, ground cashew nuts and fenugreek .Fry well add ½ cup water .Simmer for 5 minutes then add fried chicken pieces. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
