Beef Mayo Roll


  • 250 grams beef undercut
  • 250 grams plain flour
  • 1 small onion
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ bunch ice berg
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Water to requirement
  • Salt to taste
  • Add 4 tbsp oil, salt to taste and some water to 250 grams plain flour and knead into fine dough. Roll a small portion of dough in shape of a paratha and fry. Slice 250 grams beef undercut. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and sauté 1 tsp garlic paste. Then add beef slices and stir until they change color. Then add half an onion, salt to taste and ½ tsp black pepper powder and stir. Finely slice ¼ ice berg and half an onion. On a paratha, spread mayonnaise, fried beef and sliced ice berg and onion and roll over. Delicious Beef Mayo Roll is ready to serve.
