1 lb mince beef
1 medium onion to find more about onion(finely diced)
1 medium tomato to find more about tomato(seedless finely diced)
1/2 tsp crushed ginger to find more about ginger and garlic to find more about garlic
1 tbsp bay leaf and cumin seeds to find more about cumin seeds powder
1/3 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp bread crumbs
2-3 green chillies crushed
salt to find more about salt,red pepper and crushed corriander powder to taste
green corriander leaves finely chopped
Mix well all the above ingredients and make them into finger shape long rolls with the palm of ur hand at least 3 to 4 inches long because they will shrink during frying.
If u like u can also bake it in the oven.
On the baking sheet place the rolls and heat the oven to 300 degrees bake them for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Dont over cook them, their colour should not turn brown.
Serve hot with naan and raita, makes a delicious party dish.
