Beef Brochettes

Ingredients:

1) Beef sirloin cubed 200 gms

2) Onion cut into chunks 30 gms

3) Mixed peppers cut into chunks 60 gms

4) Fresh mushroom cut into chunks 30 gms

5) English mustard 5 gms

6) Corn oil 15 ml

7) Tomato halved and grilled 40 gms

8) Steamed rice 80 gms

9) Mixed vegetables 200 gms

10) White pepper to taste

11) Salt to taste

Method:
1. Marinate beef, onion, peppers and mushroom in a mixture of mustard, Oil, salt and pepper for about an hour.
2. Skewer, placing alternate pieces of beef with onion, pepper and mushroom.
3. Grill. Serve brochettes with grilled tomato, steamed rice and vegetables.
