An amazing recipe to make Chicken Shashlik with Egg Fried Rice

Today, I am sharing an amazing recipe to make Chicken Shashlik with Egg Fried Rice at home. It is a typical Chinese recipe But likes to eat in the whole world because of its yummy taste and delicious aroma.

Ingredients to make Chicken Shashlik with Egg Fried Rice

For marination of Chicken

  • Boneless chicken, half kg
  • Cooking oil, two tbsp
  • Salt, as per taste
  • Crushed red pepper, one tsp
  • Crushed black pepper, one tsp
  • Sugar, one tbsp

For making Shashlik

  • Ginger paste, half tsp
  • Garlic paste, half tsp
  • Oil, one tbsp
  • Salt, as per taste
  • Tomato ketchup, one bowl
  • Tomato sauce, half bowl
  • Soya sauce, half bowl
  • Chili sauce, half bowl
  • Tomatoes, one cup
  • Onion, one cup
  • Capsicum, one cup
  • Chicken stock, half jug
  • Corn flour mixed with water

Procedure

For making Chicken Shashlik with Egg Fried Rice, you have to follow the given procedure.

  1. For the marination of chicken, take a large mixing bowl and add half kg boneless chicken into it.
  2. Now, add all the spices which are used for the marination of chicken and mix them well by using a spatula.
  3. Place the bowl into the refrigerator for half an hour.
  4. After that, take a saucepan and heat some oil in it.
  5. Now, fry ginger and garlic paste for one minute.
  6. Then, add marinated chicken and cook for two to three minutes.
  7. After that, add tomato sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, chili sauce and salt.
  8. Later, add sliced onions, tomatoes and capsicum into the sauce and cook.
  9. In the last, add half jug of chicken stock and half glass of water mixed with corn flour.
  10. Now, cook the well until the gravy become thicken.
  11. For preparing fried rice, take a cooking pot and fry two beaten eggs, chopped capsicum, carrots and cabbage into the oil.
  12. Then, add boiled rice, salt, soya sauce, black pepper and chopped green onion.
  13. Cook them for three to two minutes on a medium flame.
